- Honest repair-or-replace advice
Fix first, replace if needed
Many lock problems are really door problems: a sagging hinge or swollen frame puts pressure on the bolt. We look at the whole door before deciding what to fix.
When parts are worn out or the lock is low quality, we'll recommend a replacement and give you the price up front.
